We have 81 single-unit efficiency apartments in our facility, supported through Des Moines Municipal Housing and Polk County Housing Trust Fund. Of these, 19 are designed to house veterans, 44 are project-based vouchers, and 18 are single room occupancy. Some rooms are also ADA accessible. As Section 8 housing, our apartments are reserved for clients with Section 8 vouchers—putting them at the front of the line within the Section 8 program.
