We have 62 single-unit efficiency apartments in our facility, supported through Des Moines Municipal Housing and Polk County Housing Trust Fund. Of these, 19 are designed to house veterans, and 24 are ADA accessible. As Section 8 housing, our apartments are reserved for clients with Section 8 vouchers—putting them at the front of the line within the Section 8 program.
