We have 81 single-unit efficiency apartments in our facility, supported through Des Moines Municipal Housing and Polk County Housing Trust Fund. Of these 81 single room apartments, 19 are designed to house veterans and 44 are project-based vouchers. Some rooms are also ADA accessible. As Section 8 housing, our apartments are reserved for clients with Section 8 vouchers—putting them at the front of the line within the Section 8 program.
